3 Days Murchison Falls Safari Uganda

Day 1 of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Safari Uganda starts with a pick up from Entebbe International Airport or at your Hotel.  Our driver guide from Paradise Adventure Vacations will meet and greet you, he will brief you about the entire journey and from there you will embark on a drive to Murchison falls National park with a stopover at Ziwa rhino Sanctuary for rhino trekking, here you will encounter not only the white rhinos but also some antelopes and birds. Return for a special lunch and later continue with the drive to the park for your dinner and an overnight.

Wake up for an early morning breakfast, prepare yourself for another exciting encounter. Day 2 of your 3 Days Murchison falls safari Uganda starts with an early morning game drive through different trails of the park like Albert trail, buligi trail and the Victoria trail. Here, you will meet eye to eye with different mammal species like Bufaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, bush barks, giraffes among others, return to your lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later in the afternoon, embark on an afternoon boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the falls, while on the cruise, you will see the Nile crocodiles resting on the shores, herds of hippos while in water, bird species like the black bee eater, grey crowned crane, marabou stork and many others. After the cruise, You will then hike to the Top of the falls where you witness the strength of the magnificent Murchison falls as it roars and pours itself out through a narrow 8m gorge. While here, you will enjoy the soft splashes as it feels like little drizzles falling on your face from heaven. You will then return back to your lodge for relaxation as you await your dinner and an overnight.

Have an early morning breakfast, go for a morning game drive, have lunch at Masindi then later proceed to Entebbe International Airport or at your Hotel. The 3 Days Murchison Falls Safari Uganda ends today and will give you sights of the beautiful morning sunrise, mammal species like lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, among other species.

As an Option on this day, you can carry out Chimpanzee Tracking in Budongo Forest at an Extra Cost of $150 per person. Wear appropriate clothing for the day like a long sleeved shirt, a pair of khaki trousers, a hat, a pair of boots and a rain jacket to help keep you safe from the falling tree branches and also in case of rain. Carry in your backpacks some drinking water and snacks to help keep you hydrated during the tracking. Proceed to the park head quarters for a briefing about the Do’s and Don’ts during Chimpanzee tracking. From here, you will as well be assigned a park ranger who will take you through the forest as you search for the chimpanzees. On finding them, you will spend a maximum of 1 hour in their presence as you watch how they go about their day to day activities and then later, have your lunch and proceed with the journey back to Entebbe International Airport for your departure flight or spend another night in the Pearl of Africa!!
