Day 1 of the 3 Days Murchison Falls Safari Uganda starts with a pick up from Entebbe International Airport or at your Hotel. Our driver guide from Paradise Adventure Vacations will meet and greet you, he will brief you about the entire journey and from there you will embark on a drive to Murchison falls National park with a stopover at Ziwa rhino Sanctuary for rhino trekking, here you will encounter not only the white rhinos but also some antelopes and birds. Return for a special lunch and later continue with the drive to the park for your dinner and an overnight.
Wake up for an early morning breakfast, prepare yourself for another exciting encounter. Day 2 of your 3 Days Murchison falls safari Uganda starts with an early morning game drive through different trails of the park like Albert trail, buligi trail and the Victoria trail. Here, you will meet eye to eye with different mammal species like Bufaloes, elephants, lions, leopards, bush barks, giraffes among others, return to your lodge for relaxation and lunch. Later in the afternoon, embark on an afternoon boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the falls, while on the cruise, you will see the Nile crocodiles resting on the shores, herds of hippos while in water, bird species like the black bee eater, grey crowned crane, marabou stork and many others. After the cruise, You will then hike to the Top of the falls where you witness the strength of the magnificent Murchison falls as it roars and pours itself out through a narrow 8m gorge. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is one of Uganda’s oldest rainforests aged more than 25000 years with about 400 plant species. The park is situated in the South Western region of Uganda in Kanungu district.

It has a population of about 459 Mountain Gorillas with 21 Habituated families living in different sectors of the park like Nkuringo, Ruhija, Rushaga and Buhoma. Day 1 of the 3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari starts at Entebbe International Airport or your Hotel. Your Day 2 of the 3 Days Gorilla Habituation Safari begins with an early morning Heavy breakfast as you prepare for a Unique and memorable experience in the park, Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing in the sky, have your breakfast and wear appropriate clothing that matches this activity, like a long sleeved karky or army green shirt, a pair of karky or jean trousers, waterproof boots, a round cap and a heavy sweater to protect you from the bent tree branches and also in case of bad weather. Carry some snacks and drinking water in your back pack to keep you hydrated throughout the activity. Head to the park headquarters where you will be briefed about the Do’s and the Don’t’s while you are with the Mountain Gorillas.
After your briefing, you will be assigned a park ranger who will guide you through the Impenetrable forest and one Habituated Gorilla family to look out for. It will take you about 1 to 3 hours to find the mountain gorillas depending on their location and when you have found them, you will spend 4 hours with them and during this time you will learn about their ways of life and ask as many questions as possible. For the Bird lovers, be on the lookout for various bird species since the forest is also home to about 350 bird species including the handsome francolin, red headed bluebill, African blue cuckoo, Rwenzori turaco among other bird species. Later return back to the park Headquarters and receive your Certificate of Participation and head to your accommodation for late lunch, relaxation and an overnight.
