Our Safari Vehicles Seating Plan - 4x4 Safari Land Cruiser Extended

Safari Vehicles Seating Plan

All our Safari vehicles are Toyota Land-cruiser 4×4 with pop-up roofs. The vehicles are serviced and maintained to a very high standard before, during and after every safari. Paradise Adventure Vacations Ltd offering all-wheel drive safari vehicles suitable for off-road driving, which enable travelers to discover the magical areas of East Africa in a pleasant and reliable manner.

Our fleet consists of 4×4 Toyota Land cruisers with a hinged roof and skylights above the front seats. The hinged roof offers two main advantages: it provides shade without restricting the view, so that you can enjoy your safari even in the very sunny hours of the day. It also allows a 360-degree all-round view.

Our Vehicles Are Equipped With:

  • Adjustable comfortable seats
  • Electric refrigerator for drinks
  • High-performance shock absorbers
  • Tool & first aid kit
  • Adapters and battery chargers

Due to the difficult ground and road conditions inside and outside the national parks and wildlife reserves, a four-wheel drive vehicle is not only recommended, but also crucial for an eventful safari.

12 Day Safari and Beach Zanzibar Tanzania

This is a special trip: A Chance to see the Mara River crossing, plus a flight to Zanzibar, it takes you past two wonders of nature and into a safari plane! First, you drive to Tarangire National Park (baobabs and elephants!), and then on to the famous Ngorongoro crater – the first wonder! From there, you journey on to the northern part of Serengeti National Park where, with a bit of luck, you catch the famous Mara River crossing (the second wonder!), which occurs yearly from late July to early October.

Imagine seeing thousands of wildebeests and zebras together in a herd, all moaning and braying in their distinctive sounds, kicking up dust, and protecting each other from the surrounding predators. This Great Wildebeest Migration, and especially the Mara River crossing, is an amazing and thrilling spectacle to witness, as the river is full of crocodiles lurking at all that meat crossing their waters… Can you feel the thrill?

And just when the excitement is getting too much, we load you onto a safari plane and take you straight to the magic of Zanzibar – looong sigh! – where you can relax on a quiet, tropical beach…

Best Time To Visit – Uganda

The best time to visit Uganda is from June to August and December to February, which are the Dry seasons. Wildlife viewing is at its peak then. Primate walks in the forest are a big part of any safari in Uganda. The habitat of rainforests is, by default, very wet, and you can’t avoid rain completely. However, after heavy rain, the skies often open up to bright sunshine.

Is it safe to travel to Uganda?

Uganda is a safe country to visit, especially when your part of an organized game drive with private guides, as you will be with us. These tours are designed to enhance your safety and provide you with a well-guided experience. There are, of course, some places to avoid in big cities like Kampala or Entebbe. But – as with everywhere else in the world – you’ll be fine by taking some precautions. Just some examples to be on the safe side, pun intended, don’t explore the city at night without a driver or guide, keep your valuables close to you, avoid wearing prominent and visible jewelry, and leave some things like passports in the hotel safe.

What can I expect from a safari with Paradise Adventure Vacations?

This is an exclusive, private safari that allows you to travel at your own pace. This trip is made just for you, exactly as you want it! Our experienced travel consultants, along with our knowledgeable guides, will make sure that your wishes come true. There are numerous advantages to such a trip. First, you can cruise around in a private safari vehicle and have a personal guide. It’s completely up to you what time you leave in the morning and when you come back (taking into account your guide’s advice, of course). Secondly, once you’re in a national park, you can observe specific animals or herds for as long as you like. No one will push you to move along. And lastly, knowing your wishes, your personal guide will give you the right tips, turning your trip into an unforgettable experience in Africa.

How can I personalize my trip with your services?

At Paradise Adventure Vacations, we’re all about co-creating your perfect journey. When you plan your African adventures with us, you’re not just booking a trip but embarking on a personalized experience. We start by understanding your wishes and preferences and won’t stop until every aspect of your journey aligns perfectly with your vision. Our team works closely with you to ensure your entire trip is tailored to your satisfaction. For added convenience, we offer a selection of our most popular African safari Tours & Holidays as a starting point for your consideration.

Can I see the Big Five in Uganda?

Yes, yes, yes! Not only the Big Five pose for your pictures, but also Rhinos, hyenas, hippos, zebras, Giraffes, or the unique Ugandan kob. And then there’s the birdlife-with more than 1,000 species of all kinds and colors, Uganda is a birdwatcher’s paradise. And if you love primates, Uganda clearly is your place to be: the diverse jungles are home to as many as 24 species of monkeys, from the nocturnal to the beautifully colored blue monkeys and the breathtaking mountain gorillas and Chimpanzee in their Natural Habitat.

    Day 2: Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park is well known for its big groups of elephants and the huge number of giant baobab trees. These trees can live for hundreds of years and are actually a source of water for elephants in the dry season as they have a special technique to draw water from them. Besides, the Tarangire River is the only source of water in the dry season, which is why in this season in Tarangire you can see groups of up to 250 elephants next to many more animals!

Day 3: Ngorongoro Conservation Area (incl. Crater)

The famous Ngorongoro Crater is one of Africa’s seven natural wonders. The crater was formed two million years ago when a vast volcano erupted. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem, now home to the highest concentration of animals found anywhere in Africa! Once in the crater, thousands of animals such as lions, zebras, buffalos and black rhinos surround you, and the views are astounding – you won’t know where to look! Watch the video of the park here.

Day 4: Serengeti National Park (central west-east)

Serengeti National Park is widely known as the place to go on safari, mainly because of the Great Migration that passes through here. The enormous, stampeding herds are impressive, as are the vast amount of predators that live here: over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! And of course, plenty of other beautiful animals, which your guide will be delighted to search for together with you. Are you ready for this?

Day 5 – 6: Northern Serengeti & the Great Migration (possibility to see the famous Mara River crossing)

Imagine crossing the grassy plains of northern Serengeti with your guide, and coming across millions of wildebeests and zebras, moaning and bleating as they attempt to cross a river full of crocodiles. This is the famous Mara River crossing of the Great Migration, a natural wonder that every year between July and October can be witnessed in the northern part of Serengeti National Park. This will be a nerve-racking event to watch – for did we mention the big cats waiting on the other side, just as hungry for meat as the herds are for greener pastures…?
