Day 1: Pick up and Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park
After breakfast, pick up by our guide in our company car who will drive you to Murchison Falls National Park, passing through scenic landscapes and small villages along the way. You will arrive at your lodge after which you check in, have dinner and night overstay at the lodge.
Day 2 and 3 : Game Drive and Boat Cruise
You will wake up early for a morning game drive in the park, where you will have the chance to see elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, hyenas, and many other animals. After the game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch and then take an afternoon boat cruise on the Nile River to the base of Murchison Falls.
Day 4: Chimpanzee Trekking
Today you will go chimpanzee trekking in Budongo Forest, located within Murchison Falls National Park. You will hike through the forest with an experienced guide, searching for chimpanzees and other primates such as black and white colobus monkeys, red-tailed monkeys, and baboons.
Day 5: Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary
After breakfast, you will drive to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, which is home to Uganda’s only wild rhinos. You will take a guided walking safari to see the rhinos in their natural habitat and learn about the conservation efforts to protect them.
Day 6: Return to Entebbe
You will have breakfast at the lodge before departing for the journey back to Entebbe, stopping for lunch along the way. You will arrive in Entebbe in the late afternoon, where you can spend the evening at your leisure.
Day 7: Departure Depending on your flight schedule
You may have time for some last-minute shopping or sightseeing in Entebbe before transferring to the airport for your departure flight.
