Aberdare Cottages and Fishing Lodge a serene haven nestled on the banks of the Aberdare River, offering a tranquil retreat amidst lush greenery and rolling hills. It is a 3-star midrange hotel on a 10-acre farm in the foothills of the Aberdare mountains in Mathioya Muranga county.
The lodge comprises cozy tented chalets, eco-luxury chalets, and wooden chalets with private verandas outlooking the north Mathioya river and a lush mini forest. The chalets constructed using reclaimed hardwoods and recycled materials.

The lodge offers camping in a beautiful camping ground. The guest can carry his or her camping equipment or hire from the lodge. There are shared flush toilets and hot showers at the camping ground. You can book only for camping, camping with breakfast, half-board, or full-board camping
